Baháʼí Daily is designed to work entirely on your device. The app does not create accounts, does not connect to external servers, and does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

The app does not use:

All app data (prayer completion history, reminder times, font size preference, haptics setting) is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.

Location

The Qiblih feature requests access to your device’s location solely to calculate the compass direction toward the Shrine of Baháʼu’lláh in Bahjí, Israel.

• Location is requested only when you open the Qiblih screen

• The calculation is performed entirely on your device

• Your location is never stored, logged, or transmitted to any server

• You may deny location permission at any time in iOS Settings without affecting any other feature

Notifications

Prayer reminders and Nineteen Day Feast reminders use iOS local notifications scheduled entirely on your device.

• Notification schedules are stored locally on your device

• No notification data is sent to a server

• Notifications are never used for marketing, tracking, or advertising

• You may disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings

Feedback & Support

If you use the in-app feedback option, it opens your email client with a pre-filled draft. Any information you choose to include and send is transmitted through your own email provider directly to info@mavop.com. We retain support emails only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

The app does not collect any data from any user, including children. It is appropriate for all ages.
